Professor Nils Chr. Stenseth, a member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, and a foreign member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that he hopes the collaboration between Norwegian and Chinese researchers will develop further.

He said that he is looking forward to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the collaboration between China and Norway and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
